You perfectly captured the general Malaise that transition in this time brings. While I am going MtF The feeling and the result is the same, everyday is a challenge. All the things I desire to do at home, the dishes , the laundry, the painting project I started, winterizing the garden, all take a back seat to coming in and binging a show to tune out the horror of the world.

I can also relate to the desire to celebrate and remember the achievements. I have had so many from Coming out, to having voice surgery, to turning 40. All happened during the pandemic and all were left uncelebrated or remembered as one day blurs into the next.

All that being said, I seek refuge in knowing I am myself now, and those little moments allow me to feel some joy through all this, I hope you get those too.
